About This Recipe

Mushroom are yet another one of my favorite complimentary items. So pimple, yet such complexity at the same time, and a great filler too. I decided to do something with shiitake mushroom, and I do not think you will be disappointed. Shiitake mushroom are delicious to begin with, but when I added in the shishito peppers and sherry my heart grew three sizes. Just remember, sometimes great taste comes in a simple little package. Pair these mushrooms with a nice steak or even some chicken and you cannot go wrong.
