Tomato Basil Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Salmon Fillets

  • 1 oz Fresh Basil

  • 1 Tomato (thinly sliced)

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with a piece of aluminum foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the salmon onto the foil. Cover the salmon with the basil leaves and place the tomato slices making sure that the salmon is nice and covered. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is opaque in the center, and the parmesan cheese is slightly browned on top, roughly about 20 minutes.
