- Pork Chops
4 Boneless Pork Chops
¼ Cup Flour
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Brown Gravy
2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Onion Powder
4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
½ Tsp Thyme
½ Tsp Rosemary
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp Flour
½ Cup Heavy Cream
Directions
- Pork Chops
- Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Coat the pork chops thoroughly with the flour mixture and fry them for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Once done remove from pan and set aside.
- Brown Gravy
- Sauté the garlic in same skillet for about 3 minutes making sure to scrap as much of the brown bits possible.
- Melt the butter in the skillet and add in the flour whisking for about 3 minutes or it has reached a brown color.
- Slowly whisk in your chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cream. Bring to a low boil and reduce to a low heat.
- Place your chops back in the skillet and simmer for another five minutes.
