8 Oz Macaroni Noodles
2 Oz Double Cream Gouda
2 Oz Gruyere Cheese
2 Oz Unexpected Cheddar
2 Oz Parmesan Cheese Blend
¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar
½ Cup Butter
½ Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup Chardonnay
Directions
- Cook the macaroni according to the directions.
- In a medium sauce combine butter, cream, gouda, gruyere, and unexpected cheddar stirring frequently until fully melted.
- Stir in the chardonnay until well combined.
- In a baking pan add the macaroni noodles then pour the cheese over the top of the noodles.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes then top with the shredded cheddar and bake for an addition five minutes or fully melted.
