6 Large Eggs
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
2 Oz Hot & Sweet Jalapenos (finely chopped)
Cayenne Pepper (for garnish)
Directions
- In a large saucepan bring 5 cups of water to a boil.
- Place your eggs into the boiling water and boil for 15 minutes.
- Place eggs into an ice bath and peel them.
- Cut eggs in half placing the yolks into a small mixing and eggs on serving platter.
- Combine the mayonnaise and jalapenos into the mixing bowl and mix well.
- Using a pipping bag or spoon fill the eggs with the yolk mixture and add a splash of cayenne pepper on top.
