Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Brioche Bread (torn into tiny pieces)

  • ¼ Cup Milk

  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream

  • ¼ Maple Syrup

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  • In a medium bowl whisk together milk, cream, syrup, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Add in your brioche pieces and mix with a spoon until a thick consistency has been reached.
  • Preheat your 10’ waffle iron.
  • Spoon about one cup of the mixture onto your waffle iron and cook until done. (Times may vary depending on the type of waffle iron you are using.)
