Creamy Chicken Alfredo

- Chicken
1 ½ Pounds Chicken Breast (cut into 4-inch strips)
¼ Cup Flour
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Alfredo Sauce
4 Tbsp Butter
5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 ½ Cups Heavy Cream
8 Oz Grated Parmesan/Asiago Cheese Blend
8 Oz Fettuccini Noodles
Directions
- Start cooking the fettuccini according to directions
- In a large shallow bowl combine the flour and ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
- Add in the chicken strips and toss to coat thoroughly.
- In a large heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Place chicken strips in the pan and cook to completion and set aside.
- In the same pan melt the butter and then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream Herbs de Provence, and cheese and stir continuously until melted.
- Place pasta onto your dish, scoop alfredo sauce over pasta and place chicken strips on top.
- Garnish with more parmesan is desired.
