Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 1 ½ Pounds Chicken Breast (cut into 4-inch strips)

  • ¼ Cup Flour

  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 5 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • 1 ½ Cups Heavy Cream

  • 8 Oz Grated Parmesan/Asiago Cheese Blend

  • 8 Oz Fettuccini Noodles

Directions

  • Start cooking the fettuccini according to directions
  • In a large shallow bowl combine the flour and ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
  • Add in the chicken strips and toss to coat thoroughly.
  • In a large heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Place chicken strips in the pan and cook to completion and set aside.
  • In the same pan melt the butter and then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream Herbs de Provence, and cheese and stir continuously until melted.
  • Place pasta onto your dish, scoop alfredo sauce over pasta and place chicken strips on top.
  • Garnish with more parmesan is desired.
