- Chicken
1 Large Chicken Breast
1 Cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Flour Coating
½ Cup Flour
1 ½ Tsp Cayenne Powder
½ Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
- Sandwich Fixings
2 Buns (toasted)
4 Lettuce leaves
4 Tomato Slices

Directions
- In a small bowl pour in your buttermilk and hot sauce and stir together.
- Place in your chicken breast in the milk mixture and make sure that the chicken is fully covered. Refrigerate for one hour.
- In a medium size bowl whisk together you flour, cayenne, chili, garlic, and onion powder.
- After your chicken has finished marinating drain as mush of the milk as possible.
- Coat your chicken in the flour mixture making sure that chicken is evenly coated.
- Preheat your olive oil in a skillet and cook your chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Dress up your sandwich buns as you see fit and enjoy.
