3 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp Butter
½ Medium Tomato (thinly sliced)
2 Oz Cream Cheese
4 Oz Smoked Salmon
1 Tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
Directions
- In a small bowl whisk eggs until well mixed.
- In a large frying pan melt butter over medium heat, once melted pour in your eggs making sure to evenly cover entire pan.
- When eggs start to look finished even distribute your cream cheese, tomato slices, salmon, and dill down the middle of eggs.
- Carefully roll the sides of the omelette onto the middle portion and flip it so the edges are know on the bottom.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with a little more dill.
