2-3 Pounds Stew Beef
1 Cup Cabernet Sauvignon (divided)
4 Cups Beef Broth
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Paprika
1 ½ Pounds Baby Gold Potatoes (halved)
1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
4 Carrots (peeled and chopped)
Directions
- In a large Ziploc bag add your stew beef and ½ cup of your cabernet and let marinate for about 24 hours.
- Once it is done marinating all the rest of the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for about 8 hours.
