Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)

  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp Fresh Dill (chopped)

  • ½ Medium Red Onion

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Pepper

  • 3 Green Onions (thinly sliced)

  • 3 Celery Stalks (thinly sliced)

  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls

  • 4 Slices of Your Favorite Cheese (I used cheddar)

  • 6 Lettuce Leaves

Directions

  • Preheat broiler to high
  • Combine Chicken, yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, salt, pepper, onion, celery, and green onions into a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Place 1/3 cup of chicken mixture on bottom half of each roll, and top with cheese.
  • Broil for about 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
  • Top sandwiches evenly with lettuce, and other half of roll.
