Simple Ground Beef Stroganoff

1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion (diced)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
8 Oz Sliced Baby Bel Mushrooms
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Beef Broth
4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- In a large skillet cook your ground beef, garlic, and onions until beef is almost browned.
- Drain away some of the grease.
- Add in your mushrooms and continue to cook until your mushrooms start to soften.
- Sprinkle on your flour and stir until flour has been absorbed fully.
- Pour in your beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodle.
