Ingredients

  • 2 Pound Pork Tenderloin (room temperature)

  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce (your favorite)

  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • ½ Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

  • ½ Tsp Salt

  • ½ Tsp Onion Powder

  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl combine all your spices and stir well.
  • Pat your pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel.
  • Thoroughly rub down your pork tenderloin with your seasoning blend and place in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes then add half of the BBQ sauce over the top of your roast.
  • Continue to bake for about 30 minutes or until you reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees (medium) or higher for more well-done roast.
  • Add the rest of your BBQ to your roast and let rest for about five minutes then enjoy.
