Bacon Brussels Sprout Sauté

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Thick Cut Bacon

  • 1 ½ Cup Shredded Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 Tbsp Bacon Grease

Directions

  • Cook bacon until crispy then chop it and set aside and reserve 2 Tbsp bacon grease
  • Add butter to bacon grease and let melt over medium heat.
  • Sauté brussels sprouts for about 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Stir your bacon pieces back into the brussels sprouts and sauté for an additional minute or two then serve.

I suggest using your handy-dandy cast iron skillet. You can find the one I use following below. If your prefer to stick with traditional skillet I would recommend the following as well.
