Ingredients

  • Pork Schnitzel
  • 4 Medium Pork Chops

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ Tsp Salt

  • 3 Tbsp Flour

  • 1 Large Egg

  • 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

  • ½ Tsp Pepper

  • Dill Sauce
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)

  • 3 Tbsp Dill Relish

Directions

  • Combine Sour cream, relish, and dill in a bowl and set aside.
  • Using a meat mallet or other large bludgeoning instrument pound out your pork chops between some plastic wrap until they about ¼ inch thick.
  • Season your chops with the garlic powder and salt.
  • Place flour, egg (beaten), and panko in 3 separate shallow dishes.
  • Dredge one pork chop through the flour shaking off any excess flour.
  • Dip your pork chop in the egg to coat.
  • Then dredge your pork chop in the panko pressing down if needed to make sure panko sticks to the chop.
  • Repeat steps 5 through 7 until you have coated all your pork chops.
  • Spraying down your air fryer basket place as many pork chops as you can on the basket.
  • Air fry at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature is about 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Repeat for remaining pork chops if necessary (cooking time might be a little shorter as air fryer in preheated).
