Bacon Brussels Sprout Sauté

6 Slices Thick Cut Bacon
1 ½ Cup Shredded Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Bacon Grease
Directions
- Cook bacon until crispy then chop it and set aside and reserve 2 Tbsp bacon grease
- Add butter to bacon grease and let melt over medium heat.
- Sauté brussels sprouts for about 5 minutes or until tender.
- Stir your bacon pieces back into the brussels sprouts and sauté for an additional minute or two then serve.
