2 cups Frozen Sweet Cherries
½ tsp Cornstarch
14 Chocolate Wafer Cookies (crushed)
2 Cups Vanilla Whole Fat Yogurt
Directions
- Drain cherries in a colander to get as much excess juice out as possible, then add the cornstarch to help thicken the cherries.
- Sprinkle some of the wafer crumbs into the bottom of the glass.
- Spoon some of the cherries on top of the wafer crumbs.
- Pour some yogurt onto the cherries and crumbs until completely covered.
- Repeat steps 2 thru 4.
- Then spoon any left-over cherries on top of the parfait and top with whipped cream if desired.
