6 Slices Brioche Bread (torn into tiny pieces)
¼ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a medium bowl whisk together milk, cream, syrup, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add in your brioche pieces and mix with a spoon until a thick consistency has been reached.
- Preheat your 10’ waffle iron.
- Spoon about one cup of the mixture onto your waffle iron and cook until done. (Times may vary depending on the type of waffle iron you are using.)
