Ingredients

  • 2-3 Pounds Stew Beef

  • 1 Cup Cabernet Sauvignon (divided)

  • 4 Cups Beef Broth

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Pepper

  • 2 Tsp Paprika

  • 1 ½ Pounds Baby Gold Potatoes (halved)

  • 1 Yellow Onion (chopped)

  • 4 Carrots (peeled and chopped)

Directions

  • In a large Ziploc bag add your stew beef and ½ cup of your cabernet and let marinate for about 24 hours.
  • Once it is done marinating all the rest of the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for about 8 hours.
