Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 1 Large Chicken Breast

  • 1 Cup Buttermilk

  • 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Flour Coating
  • ½ Cup Flour

  • 1 ½ Tsp Cayenne Powder

  • ½ Tsp Chili Powder

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder

  • Sandwich Fixings
  • 2 Buns (toasted)

  • 4 Lettuce leaves

  • 4 Tomato Slices

  • Pickles

Directions

  • In a small bowl pour in your buttermilk and hot sauce and stir together.
  • Place in your chicken breast in the milk mixture and make sure that the chicken is fully covered. Refrigerate for one hour.
  • In a medium size bowl whisk together you flour, cayenne, chili, garlic, and onion powder.
  • After your chicken has finished marinating drain as mush of the milk as possible.
  • Coat your chicken in the flour mixture making sure that chicken is evenly coated.
  • Preheat your olive oil in a skillet and cook your chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  • Dress up your sandwich buns as you see fit and enjoy.
