Creamed Spinach With Salmon

16 oz Chopped Spinach
2 cups Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
½ Tsp Ground Nutmeg
½ Lemon
1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
1 pound Salmon (portioned into 4 oz pieces)
Directions
- In medium pot combine cream, soy sauce, mustard, and nutmeg. Bring to a light boil and add spinach. Reduce heat and simmer until spinach is tender.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper over salmon.
- Cook Salmon in skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Spread a layer of spinach mixture on plate and place salmon on top. Serve with lemon wedges for taste.
