Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast (trimmed)

  • 3 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 5 Tbsp Flour

  • 4 Tbsp Fresh Parmesan Cheese Blend

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Medium Onion (finely chopped)

  • 16 Garlic Cloves (8 crushed)

  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth

  • 1 ½ Cup Heavy Cream

  • 2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese Blend

Directions

  • Pat your chicken breast with a paper towel and with garlic powder and salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a shallow bowl mix the flour and 5 Tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • Coat your chicken breast in the flour mixture making sure that all the nooks and crannies are covered.
  • In a large skillet heat the oil and butter over a medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate when done.
  • Using the same skillet sauté the onions until translucent, about 4 minutes.
  • Add in the crushed garlic pieces and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth scrapping up any brown bits and bring to a boil. Reduce to a medium-low heat and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Pour in the heavy cream and continue to simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Fold in the 2/3 cups parmesan cheese blend until melted and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the chicken back to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes. And serve.
