Ingredients

  • 2 8 Oz Ribeye Steaks (room temperature)

  • 8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

  • 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • 4 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme

Directions

  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season your steaks with a fair amount of salt and pepper.
  • Melt your butter in the preheated pan and add in the thyme and garlic.
  • Place your steaks in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side constantly basting the steaks with the butter.
  • Let rest for a few minutes then enjoy with your favorite side dish.
