2 8 Oz Ribeye Steaks (room temperature)
8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
4 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
Directions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season your steaks with a fair amount of salt and pepper.
- Melt your butter in the preheated pan and add in the thyme and garlic.
- Place your steaks in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side constantly basting the steaks with the butter.
- Let rest for a few minutes then enjoy with your favorite side dish.
