Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Macaroni Noodles

  • 2 Oz Double Cream Gouda

  • 2 Oz Gruyere Cheese

  • 2 Oz Unexpected Cheddar

  • 2 Oz Parmesan Cheese Blend

  • ¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar

  • ½ Cup Butter

  • ½ Heavy Cream

  • 1/3 Cup Chardonnay

Directions

  • Cook the macaroni according to the directions.
  • In a medium sauce combine butter, cream, gouda, gruyere, and unexpected cheddar stirring frequently until fully melted.
  • Stir in the chardonnay until well combined.
  • In a baking pan add the macaroni noodles then pour the cheese over the top of the noodles.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes then top with the shredded cheddar and bake for an addition five minutes or fully melted.
