Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Honey

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Pound Salmon Fillet (portioned into 4 pieces)

  • 2 Tsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Line a 9×13 inch pan with aluminum foil and brush with olive oil.
  • Place your salmon on oiled pan skin side down.
  • Bake salmon for five minutes then apply one coat of glaze.
  • Continue glazing your salmon about every 5 minutes for 20 minutes or until salmon easily flakes with fork.
  • If there is any glaze remaining apply it to the salmon.
