Honey Glazed Salmon

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Pound Salmon Fillet (portioned into 4 pieces)
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Line a 9×13 inch pan with aluminum foil and brush with olive oil.
- Place your salmon on oiled pan skin side down.
- Bake salmon for five minutes then apply one coat of glaze.
- Continue glazing your salmon about every 5 minutes for 20 minutes or until salmon easily flakes with fork.
- If there is any glaze remaining apply it to the salmon.
