Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Eggs

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Oz Hot & Sweet Jalapenos (finely chopped)

  • Cayenne Pepper (for garnish)

Directions

  • In a large saucepan bring 5 cups of water to a boil.
  • Place your eggs into the boiling water and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Place eggs into an ice bath and peel them.
  • Cut eggs in half placing the yolks into a small mixing and eggs on serving platter.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and jalapenos into the mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Using a pipping bag or spoon fill the eggs with the yolk mixture and add a splash of cayenne pepper on top.
