About This Recipe
I do love to frequent an Indian restaurant every now and then, but I thought I would try to put together a little something of my own. I tried to fashion this dish after a traditional “Balti” dish, but I do not think my Balti game was on point. I think I did justice to curry aspect, but have a long way to go before I master the Indian cuisine. All of you playing the “at home” game however can still enjoy this as it is still a nice heart warming meal that is bound to leave you satisfied.
