Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes (cut into wedges

  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

  • ¾ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Herbs De Provence

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl toss together olive oil and potatoes to coat.
  • In a medium shallow dish mix together Herbs de Provence and parmesan cheese.
  • Dredge your potato wedges in the parmesan cheese. Might have to press lightly on the potatoes to form a coat of cheese.
  • Place your wedges on a large baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until done.

While I do realize that more than likely you already have a nice baking sheet I would feel like I am lacking in my duties to share with you what has serving me so well.
