Parmesan Potato Wedges

2 Large Russet Potatoes (cut into wedges
¼ Cup Olive Oil
¾ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Herbs De Provence
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl toss together olive oil and potatoes to coat.
- In a medium shallow dish mix together Herbs de Provence and parmesan cheese.
- Dredge your potato wedges in the parmesan cheese. Might have to press lightly on the potatoes to form a coat of cheese.
- Place your wedges on a large baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
Recommended Equipment
While I do realize that more than likely you already have a nice baking sheet I would feel like I am lacking in my duties to share with you what has serving me so well.
