Ingredients

  • Pork Chops
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops

  • ¼ Cup Flour

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 Tsp Paprika

  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Brown Gravy
  • 2 Cup Chicken Broth

  • 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder

  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • ½ Tsp Thyme

  • ½ Tsp Rosemary

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 4 Tbsp Flour

  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream

Directions

  • Pork Chops
  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Coat the pork chops thoroughly with the flour mixture and fry them for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Once done remove from pan and set aside.
  • Brown Gravy
  • Sauté the garlic in same skillet for about 3 minutes making sure to scrap as much of the brown bits possible.
  • Melt the butter in the skillet and add in the flour whisking for about 3 minutes or it has reached a brown color.
  • Slowly whisk in your chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cream. Bring to a low boil and reduce to a low heat.
  • Place your chops back in the skillet and simmer for another five minutes.
