Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Pounds Large Shrimp (with shells)

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 3/4 Cup Dry White Wine

  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • ½ Lemon (juiced)

  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Directions

  • Remove the shells and clean your shrimp in cold water; save the a small portion of shells.
  • In a large skillet melt the butter with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add in the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in your wine, pepper flakes, some black pepper, and shrimp shells bringing to a simmer and letting the wine reduce to about half.
  • Remove the shells and discard.
  • Add in the shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink.
  • Serve over pasta, topped with parsley.
